What you will get:

Most people start our home extension discussion with "where do we start". This short seminar will talk you through all te issues and processes that you will need to undergo. Wewill explain the involvement of the local authority and how we deal with the applications for Building Warrants and planning permission.

We will go through the initial meeting with your consultant and what you should expect from them inclusing fee levels.

You will be walked through the constructiuon process, how we can build with you still living in your home, what to expect and how the whole process works.

We will discuss costs, contracts, variations and time scales. All the scary things that can be mad simple.
